The Organizing Committee will accept abstracts from registered participants only.
Abstracts will not be published without in-person participation.
Abstracts can be submitted from December 1, 2024 to July 30, 2025 (the deadline will not be extended).
Abstracts prepared according to the template and instructions should be sent to [email protected]
- letter subject – Abstract
- file format – *docxor *doc (NOT *pdf)
- file name – the surname of the first author (the first author, not presenter) and the type of presentation, e.g.Ivanov_oral, Petrov_poster
- language – English or Russian
The Organizing Committee will inform the authors on the receipt of the abstract by a response letter.
Dear participants affiliated with Russian institutions!!!
In order to comply with the current legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of export control, theabstracts of the authors affiliated with Russian institutions are required to be accompanied by an expert conclusion on export control signed by an authorized representative and certified with the seal of your institution.
If there is no Commission on Export Control in your institution, the expert conclusion on export control is issued and signed by the head of the institution and certified by the seal.
A color scan of the expert conclusion on export control, together with the abstract, should be sent to the Organizing Committee at [email protected].
The original of the expert conclusionon export control has to be submitted to the Organizing Committee during registration at the congress.
Your abstract will not be considered by the Program Committee without sending the scan of the expert conclusion on export control.
Your abstract will not be published without providing theoriginal of the expert conclusion on export control.
If you have any troubles with obtaining the expert conclusion on export control, please contact the Organizing Committee at [email protected] specifying “Exportcontrol” in the letter subject.
No corrections of the abstract text will be acceptedafter August 31, 2025.
The Organizing Committee makes final decision on abstract acceptance and the type of presentation (poster or oral presentation) and will inform participants no later than September 1, 2025.
Abstracts of oral and poster presentations accepted by the Organizing Committee will be published online
- at the official site of the congress «CRISPR-2025»,
- on the Russian information and analytical platform of the Scientific Electronic Library, www.elibrary.ru
ISBN and doi will be assigned to theedition. In addition, doi will be given to each abstract.
